The cost of Shipping & Handling is included within Canada. Shipments will be sent via UPS Standard.
United States
The cost of Shipping & Handling is included within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Shipments will be sent via UPS Standard.
International
NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM BUYERS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA. See a retailer near you for an alternate purchasing method.
Ordering Policy
5% GST will be added to the Total of all Canadian orders.
13% HST will be added to the Total of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador orders.
Each order is handled by one of our customer representatives, who will finalize arrangements by email within 4 business days, confirming the total amount to be charged and the estimated shipping date.
If you do not receive confirmation of your order within that period, your order has not been received by our office. Please call us at 1.800.677.7808 Ext: 28 to notify us of the problem.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
You may cancel your order up to 2 weeks prior to your confirmed ship date. To do so, please send a cancellation request to info@siddickens.com. If you do not receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order within 2 business days, your request has not been received. Please call us at 1.800.677.7808 Ext 28 to notify us of the problem.
Our Return Policy
Sid Dickens Inc. wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, so you may return items within 30 days of your shipment. We will refund the shipping cost of the return (ground shipping only) if the return is a result of our error. Simply call our Customer Service Dept. at 1.800.677.7808 or 604.875.8314 to make arrangements and obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER APPEARING ON THE BOX.
Damages or errors must be reported within 2 weeks of arrival to guarantee replacement. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
All items must be returned with the original packing slip and in the condition in which you received it. Carefully re-pack and send prepaid, adequately insured and preferably in the original carton.

Sid Dickens Inc. assumes no responsibility for items sent without prior return authorization. Please include your packing slip, and indicate the reason of your return on a separate piece of paper with the RA number. Sid Dickens Inc. is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or UPS.
All returns will be processed quickly once we receive the return shipment. For defective products, replacements will be shipped with a reimbursement of return (ground) shipping charges. For refunds, return ground shipping cost will be added to the refund if the return is a result of our error.
All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase.
