All orders shipping to Canada will be billed in Canadian Dollars plus GST/HST applicable to the province of delivery.
All orders shipping to United States will be billed in US Dollars.
Billing information must match the billing address for the credit card used or we will be unable to process your payment.
Single orders are limited to a maximum of 15 tiles.
Orders will be shipped within 2-14 days from receipt of order. Note exception: orders received for new collection pieces will be shipped no earlier than 2 weeks from time of launch to retailers.
Each order is handled by one of our customer representatives, who will confirm your order by email within 4 business days from receipt of order.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing the order. To do so, please send a cancellation request toinfo@siddickens.com. If you do not receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order within 2 business days, please call us at 1.800.677.7808 Ext 21 to notify us of the problem.
