You may return the item(s) in original condition within 14 days of receipt of shipment. If you wish to return your order, refunds (less shipping costs) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging. Should an item be approved for return after 14 days, a re-stocking fee may be charged. We will refund the shipping cost of the return (ground shipping only) if the return is a result of our error. To process a return, simply call our Customer Service Dept. to make arrangements and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER APPEARING ON THE BOX.
Damages or errors must be reported within 7 days of the shipment's arrtival to guarantee replacement. Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
All items must be returned with the original packing slip and in the condition in which you received it. Carefully re-pack in the original carton, note your RA number on the outside of the carton and send prepaid and adequately insured.

Please include your packing slip, and indicate the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper along with the RA number. Sid Dickens Inc. is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or UPS.
All returns will be processed quickly once we receive the return shipment.
