All Memory Blocks are handmade to order. You will be given an estimated shipping range for your order during the check out process. Memory Blocks will typically be shipped within two to four weeks from receipt of order. Note exception: orders received for new collection pieces will be shipped no earlier than two weeks from time of launch to retailers.
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please check your junk/spam folders or call us at 1.800.677.7808 (ext. 101) to notify us of the problem.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover on our website. American Express can only be processed for CAD customers. For U.S. customers, if you prefer to pay with an American Express credit card, please call us at 1.800.677.7808 (ext. 101) to complete your order.
Within 72 hours of placing your order:
If you've entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please email info@siddickens.com (or call us at 1.800.677.7808 (ext. 101)) within 72 hours of placing your order with your order confirmation number and the correct address information. You should receive a response back to your email within two business days from a member of our customer service team confirming the changes once they have been made. If you do not receive an email confirming the changes within two business days, it is possible that we have not received your email so please call us at 1.800.677.7808 (ext. 101) to notify us of the problem.
If your order has already shipped:
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we have no control over changing the shipping address. You will need to contact the shipping provider directly using the tracking number we provided to you. While it is not guaranteed, the shipping carrier may be able to re-route the shipment to the correct address for you (additional fees may apply*).
Sid Dickens Inc. will not re-ship any orders if the wrong address has been inputted by the customer at checkout. We kindly ask you as the customer to carefully review your shipping address at checkout and on your official order confirmation. If you need to make a change within 72 hours of placing your order, please use the method described above.
*Any additional fees charged by shipping carriers for undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the customer. Sid Dickens Inc. will not be responsible for any additional fees related to address corrections, undeliverable packages, or orders that are returned to the sender.
