In Canada, ship the item(s) via prepaid Purolator or UPS Ground, insured or equivalent, to: Sid Dickens Inc. 4320 Viking Way, Unit 150 Richmond, BC V6V 2L4
Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your item is received at the studio, any refunds (less shipping costs if applicable) will be issued if the merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging. Should your order contain a free item (e.g., free water bottle) the value of the free item(s) returned will be deducted from your refund amount (e.g., $35.00 per water bottle). If you need to exchange your item(s), shipping costs will be applicable. Please call us for more information.
Sid Dickens Inc. assumes no responsibility for any damage(s) that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or UPS.
Failure to pick up your order from a shipping facility (UPS, Purolator, etc.) will result in your order being returned back to Sid Dickens Inc. and a refund (less shipping costs) will be processed.
